Terrible App, doesn't work at all, when you try to sign in, you get an error message. This app is needed to view your tickets to be shown at the venue to gain entry, but since you can't sign in, you can't view them. Worst ticketing app out there. Customer service is rubbish, & can't help with the issue. Have contacted Axs using the link, and still have the same issue, half of the time the chat service doesn't work anyway. Have spoken to cust services as requested by AXS, & still doesn't work.

Absolutely horrible and frustrating. Been trying to log in on the app and have tried various ways to be able to, but it just kept on saying "Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again." It's so annoying because how am I going to enter the event and I hold tickets for 4 people!! Customer support is useless too and just told me to uninstall and install the app 🥴

Unable to login due to error message saying to check my connection. I have followed all steps recommended by AXS agent, repeatedly installed, uninstalled, cleared cache etc. I can see the tickets in my account if I login online but can only sell or transfer them, so I assume cannot use them to get into the event and can only access the tickets through the app that doesn't work!!! Beyond frustrating. Surely there should be an alternative method of ticket delivery offered.
