Works well enough but keeps trying to launch Webex. Use the app for calls but every time I launch it it then opens Webex which I do not have an account for or need at that time so I close it and it opens Webex up again. This is VERY annoying. Would give it more stars if it were not for that issue. Calls are clear and decent. The PC version which replaced Cisco IP communicator last time I used was not as friendly as the IP comm version. As Jabber is also a chat app that is is default layout.

Very poor. Security is forever timing out and it is not obvious there is a problem until someone emails complaining you are not answering the phone. App needs to be regularly uninstalled and reinstalled. This is true for both my iPhone and android devices. If work did not insist on using this, I would have given up ages ago. Shocking app.

Not a fan. It is too unreliable. When it decides that it cannot communicate with one of the services, it just chews up the battery. And goes through it very quickly. I cannot exit the app and the only way to resolve this seems to be restarting my Note 9. Then it connects properly again. Because of this. I can only start the app when i am desperate to use it.
