Hidden fees in the small print which breaks the consumer act of 2015, nowhere on the courses did it clearly state any extra fees or requirements for I'd. I was given 28 hours to provide my I'd which was never stated before hand. I wasn't at home when I paid for the course and couldn't access my passport until then. They then want to charge me £90 to rebook the exam. None of thus was stated in the advertisement of the course nor the 3 screens that you went through for payment. Scam beware

Okay for those who are thinking of booking courses with them please note it you don't have one of the requirement they ask for they would make you do that courses I was CPD First Aid Certified and was told a could take the Sia top-up course because they don't accept my type of First Aid just so they can get more money from me £155 more to rebook the courses with there First Aid course. I wouldnt advise on one to book with them
