Without a doubt the worst financial app and most unhelpful company I've ever had to deal with. Everything's fine until something goes wrong. I tried to redeem reward points...system didn't work and after several long chats and even longer phone calls and continual buck-passing between DJs and Latitude I've got absolutely nowhere and am owed hundreds of dollars. Be wary!!!!!

I made an additional $1000 payment for an expiring promotional plan. But instead of paying $400 needed to clear it, close to $700 was allocated to the next plan expiring in another fortnight? Is this flawed model intentional to ensure we are left owing money and will get charged interest? If your app allowed me to chose which plans to pay additional payments to, I wouldn't have had to call up and pay extra to clear.

Mostly works ok, but Latitude payment processes are still in the dark ages. If you make a payment via the service centre on the app, basically a direct debit from another account, it takes 5 days before the funds are "available" to spend. Absolutely prehistoric. One day, two at the most, would be acceptable.
