Great newspaper, but the app is unusable. I scroll through the list of news stories. I click on an article to open it and read it. I then click the back arrow (top left), and instead of taking me back to where I was in the list of stories, it scrolls me back to the start of the list. This repeats every time I read an article. Very, very irritating. It's a pity as it is such a good newspaper otherwise.

In the last 2 months, content has noticeably shifted from 'news' to celeb/showbiz/OK style journalism. The number of A.I assisted articles has also increased.. The constant "snow bomb" and Harry Megan posts are getting ridiculous. I fully understand that Reach PLC's business model is to get as many page views as possible in order to increase revenue but approaching a specific subject from 8 different angles is surely unmanageable and repetitive for the staff. Unsubcribe and uninstall for me 😢

Awful app, truly the worst it's ever been! Anytime you read an article and click back you have to scroll back down to where you were. Every time you scroll over an Amazon ad, the Amazon app automatically opens, no clicking required! You may want to send your writers back to college to study English, spelling and grammar is poor at best!
