Updating my profile and details is such a pain. The app constantly glitches. Then it asks for an area code for your mobile number, which it adds on top of the country selection. It then saves it and when you realise the area code is in there twice, the system wants to send an SMS to the incorrect number, which fails and prompts you to call customer service. Very clunky design.

I already have a M&M account, decided to DL the app. Clicking "Log In" does nothing, I had to start creating a new account, have it recognised as already existing, and only then did I get a clickable option to log in. Of course when I do that, I still can't log in because the app freezes and as good as crashes. What a premium experience!

The app keeps saying I have been logged out. It says in order to unlock my account, I have to use another WiFi network or restart my device. I tried all these, and even uninstalled and re-installed the app, but continue to be logged out. The other day, I received two emails from Miles and More within 2 minutes of each other. One said I had 0 airmiles, the other said I had more than 10,000. This is terribly frustrating!!
