Fantastic app. As a disabled person, it's SOOOOOO helpful to be able to pack goods into my bags as I shop. Also love my personalised offers. Negatives. Twice, when I went to pay, it wouldn't accept my Nectar Points. I had plenty last week; wanted to use for my Xmas shopping! Frustrating as it messed up my budget. Secondly, every time I go to pay, it comes up, time for a quick check so I have to wait for staff to check all my shopping! It slows me up & being deaf, this adds communication issues.

Unreliable, barely connects properly anymore. Frequently freezes on a white screen at start. Sometimes it doesn't recognise barcodes properly, or glitches out and logs something completely wrong (this could be a problem with Sainsbury's too though, given how useless they are now at resolving issues while they have reduced headcounts drastically to maximise profits). Frequent checks and rescans, better off just not bothering with it, complete and utter rubbish

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. app doesn't work. I'm literally stuck on the "sign up" page. all questions answers, email fine, password accepted and yet.... all the "register" button does is have a little white circle that spins for a second then stops. won't sign me up/register me, and obviously can't log in without that. I have a screen recording of its uselessness.
