Not the app I was looking for. It assumes I want to lose weight, tone, and slim, but that's not my goal. My biggest complaint is there was no way to get past the one question in the opening quiz without saying you want to slim some part of your body. I also don't think it is healthy for an app to ask people to select their type of legs, butt, etc. before letting them into the user interface. If you're looking for a simple app for anybody, this is not it.

I've been using this app since January and I'm enjoying it. I like that you can tailor a workout for yourself but can pick maybe something more intense if you have the time. The one thing I find maddening is the timings, like if I'm doing a 24 minute workout when I check my Fitbit I've done more like 30 minutes and the app it's telling me I've moved for 15, I get it breaks for rest times and getting ready for next movement but to lose nearly 10mins?! . It's the only thing that I bothers me

I initially wrote a 1* review as the paywall was before a free trial, however I've decided to give it a go. It think it can work, but it needs more customisation for health. Please add options for health conditions. I can also only add one injury type when I have two. Please allow to select more & ability to turn streaks off & custom workout days. EDIT 8th Apr: Heart monitor inaccurate, saying I'm not putting in effort with pulse reading. It reads about the same even though I feel the increase.
