Overall, it is a very good app, much appreciated. Would be very helpful to be blocking NFC while I'm using the app, so please consider it. Sometimes, I tap in and tap out, but more frequently, I use the app and the tickets bought in it, so i don't want to pay 2 times for 1 travel.

As useless as the previous app Do the people that design this app ever even use a bus? Travel by public transport? The previous app won't let me buy tickets (it's not even June yet). Tried to buy with the new one. Must sign in. Can't remember my password. Send reset link. Doesn't get sent. Great. Why the need to sign in? Just accept payment and send the ticket. Or accept a link to a Google account. Put your customer first, not your own wish list.

Can't forgot password for my old account. Email never arrived. Surprisingly, I was able to sign up (register) with that same email address! Also, when I'm on the buy ticket menu, and if I close the app (go to my phone home menu) and go back to the app again, it moves back to the app home menu, not the buy ticket menu!

Thanks for your review. We recognise it wasn't particularly clear at first how to set up the new app - So we've added a banner at the top of the screen now with instructions for everyone. As you say, you do need to register as a new user, but if you use the same credentials as the old app, your tickets will transfer over for you.
