Add your booking:

Adding your booking to the TUI travel app is easy: make sure you have your booking number and the surname of the lead passenger to hand.

Countdown to the holidays:

Count down the days until your trip with the holiday countdown and share it on your social media. Discover your hotel and destination with our handy overview and discover some useful tips from our travel experts on site.

Checklist before traveling:

Make sure you're ready to go with our luggage checklist so you don't forget anything.

Digital boarding passes:

After you've checked in, download your boarding passes and save them to your phone. These are available on most of our flights. Check out our food and drink menu on board before you leave.

The TUI Experience Center can always be reached via the chat function of the app. The team is available around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Book your excursion:

You can easily book your excursion or activity via the app. All excursions available to you are shown in the app. Choose your favorite from the list of available dates and times and consult all the necessary information. Once you confirm and pay for your excursion, your tickets will appear in the app and be emailed to you.

Transfer information:

When you arrive at your destination, you can see in the app where your bus is parked. And when it's time to return to Belgium, you will receive a message with all the details of your return transfer.
