The My Bupa app lets you take care of your health, dental cover and wellbeing on the go. You can view your cover information, claims history and treatment information without having to call us. And keep your mind and body healthy with resources you can keep coming back to. It’s also how you access blua: digital health by Bupa.

With My Bupa, you can:

Terrible since 2024. The previous Bupa app provider app was excellent. Now is impossible to access your GP referral letters. And appointments details appear on the My Bupa app as "cancelled appointment" although I have just had my appointment. Blua referral system is unusable. Nothing works as it should. I am a highly literate digital user. Incredibly incompetent app.

Third app in four years and already it stopped working. first Babylon, then Bupa, then Mybupa... get it together! They get you through about a dozen steps trying to book an appointment, show between one and four appointments available today, then it times out booking, says the appointment is unavailable, then all the appointments disappear for days. this has been confirmed four times on two different phones, with two different members. Their phone service is no help. edit: incl "Parth"

The service is great. The app itself doesn't seem to work properly. I have saved my account as well as password, but every time I want to get into the app, I essentially need to sign in as a new user, including with the phone code verification. This is the only app this happens with. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. I can't see anywhere to report technical problems.
