So we need a shoddy second app to help us use the shoddy first app? Why not combine the two shoddy apps into one big shoddy app? Or better still, fix the first one so a second one isn't needed. Again, this is amateur hour from a bunch of chancers that have no idea what a banking customer wants in 2023. I've advised this on the recurring questionaire I have to click through to use your service. Have a look at how Tide, Revolut, Starling, Monza do things - copy them to the letter.

So it seems I can't use the messaging service for queries via my laptop, which is what I always use for business (charity) banking? And it takes much longer to type on a fiddly phone 'keyboard' than a proper desktop one.

Dreadful app, not clear my questions would be answered and it slows to a crawl if I type in more than 100 words, bad enough that Android thinks the app has crashed. Just as dreadful as everything to do with the bank.
