The new update is ruining the game. It feels a lot more sluggish than before and artwork for icons are slow to show up, getting pop ups when changing badges, buttons don't work or are slow to respond, the notifications for the unlocks blocks the button for starting businesses. Genuinely was looking forward to casually play the event and now I ended up closing the game due to this mess.

After several weeks of the game being unplayable due to glitches, the game was finally fixed, but with the fix the admins decided to roll out push ads? it has made the game miserable. The only ads prior to the game breaking were for rewards. On top of that they want $15/ month for no ads. So expensive. It's unfortunate, because it was a very good game

Downloaded this game after years of not using it. With the updates, it consumes more memory now, causing issues that have removed my enjoyment of the app. 1. I can't have another app open when I use this app else it takes at least 3 minutes to open 2. I don't mind ads for rewards but I get them 3 out of 10 times: "oops an error occured" 3. Some ads always open play store even when I close at the end of the ad. When I go back, the ad cap app restarts. Please fix it. I don't want to uninstall.

Version 9.8 is scheduled for early next week and has a fix for the loading issues players are reporting. We really appreciate your patience. We know how frustrating this error has been!
