Charging the app while I'm left with 10 days it's not it for me, it's the 21st of November 2024 and I started working out on the 1st of November 2024. This literally blew me of my routine, it's also confusing the counting voice is gone and there is music for some reason I don't understand. Not everyone prefers music while working out it should be in settings if you'd like music or not. Definitely uninstalling it, from 18 mountain climbers to reps and changes on my body were visible.

awesome, some workouts made my legs sore or my arms hurt, but that just means it's working!! Just after using one app for about 20 minutes and using 90% of the day one workout, I got insane results!!! I can see a massive difference!!

Great app for morning exercise. I am 48 years and have been using app for past 3 months. Results visible after 2 weeks and I feel great. I love that u can adjust the timer on each exercise & the rest time. Please make weekly summary of exercise days.
