most frustrating thing about this app, is that it doesn't link the matching items l. so if you select a pair of joggers and there's a matching sweatshirt, it doesn't appear as a suggested extra to purchase. So you then have to go and troll through the sweatshirts area to find it, using filters to narrow down the search, which dont always help. literally every other store has this feature. could be a con to get you looking at more items, but either way it makes you more inclined to shop elsewhere

App is awful. For 2 days I have not been able to access checkout. It's randomly just disappeared and all I can see is my order but can't take it through to pay. Keep getting the same auto response from customer care about deleting cache or resetting my password. Have so far reinstalled the app, cleared storage and cache, signed out and in and still can't checkout

Issues with item availability in basket. Just nothing but error msgs and issues And. With one item left in a certain size, or item, with nobody to talk with regarding the issue, I'm sorry but it's just not working for me rightnow. A little assistance please? Now. Promo showing on App is not working on checkout? Did also request to return item or amend order total ( to make easier. No response. A little more support please Boohoo Literally 😥
