(1) Not reliable when it comes to buying tickets. In too many occasions the payment service failed. Now I always keep a physical ticket with me (which defeats the purpose of this app). (2) it does not have the functionality of telling what tariff corresponds to a chosen route, so no clue which ticket to pick!? (3) Plan your trip functionally is broken: given well known departure/destination it says "no route found". In short, awful experience: UI/UX and developers please get a grip on this app!

Used this to ride with my family on holiday near Riva. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.

After a long and painful journey, the app is working, and not only that, it allowed me to fetch the bus without any problems. For this, I updated my review in the hope that this continues.
