Impossible to log in. The app says "You are logging in from an unknown device/IP address. A verification link has been sent to your email address" I click the link in the message and the cycle repeats... I have confirmed the new login 4 times so far. Does not work with password manager. Update: now they force you to give them your precise location.

No customer support whatsoever, I am asked to log in again to leave a ticket and it's not recognizing my password. I was doing a transaction and tried to change my password at the same time, but the platform failed, and my transaction was confirmed without me checking it. do not recommend

Direct withdrawals are not always available, support is a joke, once you figure out how to get past the bot, an agent will take up to an hour and a half to reply to you, and expect you to reply immediately, although there are no notifications of messages in the app. They do not know how their system works and are inefficient for providing service. Also, they are unprofessional. Fees are the same as other well known platforms so might as well stick to them
