The application is terrible. There are random bugs when searching for items, sometimes the button to add them to the basket disappears and the only way to add them is to save them in favorites and add them from there. They even have a promotion now for purchasing from the app and guess what, the payment process is broken and keeps throwing errors with no explanation. I even sometimes saw different prices and product availability between the app and website. Awful experience

It could be better. When ever there is a long text on the product name or description, you can't read it all. Doesn't expand the text by clicking or turn the phone to the side to read it all It doesn't allow you to pourches gift vouchers, gives an error. 4 out of 5 item I clicked says " an error has occurred while retrieving product information ". If you add something in the web browser it doesn't appear in the app basket.

I don't understand why the delivery choices are so inflexible. The app splits the order into three and then wants to charge for me each delivery or collection, i.e., three times. It's an outrageous con. It's Monday and I want to collect it all on Saturday, but that's not an option. The app insists I collect items on different days, pay £1.99 for the privilege each time, and collect them with 48-hours. I tried to email them and received a Delivery Status Notification (Failure). Absolute joke.
