Love the shows/movies on here, genuinely one of my favourite platforms to use. However, every now and then, you can't use it because of a 'general error', which is highly frustrating. I do recommend, but just be aware of this fault. Other than that though, some of my all time favourite are on here and just love when I get the chance to watch them :))

1. Make sure that your operating system, app and browser are all upgraded to latest version.
2. Try closing apps not in use or running in the background to increase available system memory.

To be honest, it's a really good app if you pay for it. I like the shows on it. The bit for me that I don't like is that most of the shows I want to watch are only released every two weeks, when you are used to Netflix and other platforms doing the full series so you can binge watch this is very annoying. It also means you have to wait nearly a month just to watch a series, this put me off, so once I've finished watching the two series I'm waiting for I won't be paying again.

The content is great and varied, but the app itself is trash. It spends more time buffering than it does playing the video (even over fast crystal clear wifi) . Your ability to search for specific content is limited by your ability to spell everything 100% correctly and forget about filters because they don't exist here. It's better to just give up and watch it on a laptop.
