This fasting app is very nice, as I appreciate that it gives quite good features that are within the free version compared to many other apps that the basic feature on their free plan is often quite mundane. To can set reminders of when to start fasting, or drink water, etc. Which is fantastic, especially as we all live busy lives. It has helped me in shedding weight, so I will continue using and highly recommend also.

Solid app with an easy to use interface that allows a number of features before upgrading to premium, as well as one of the only apps I've tried that allows manual fasts to be set before the fact. Easy to edit and update, a great find! Edit: Coming back to this app after getting a new phone and shopping around, I couldn't figure out which app I had enjoyed so much, but this is just as perfect for my needs as I remembered!

Was very dubious at first, how can this work? I have tried it for myself and am amazed at how easy this is to follow and just starting to see the benefits after only one week! Just log the times you are fasting and when you stop, log water intake - very important for weight loss - and it is that simple. If you have a fitbit it will track your activity and has suitable reminders to keep you on track. Very supportive and motivating too, don't think I could do this on my own, the app is so easy
