Struggling with UX here.. I have an account associated with an old local number anymore. Which I don't have. Accounts are also associated with email, yet the app doesn't let me reset the password, change the number or do anything outside of logging in. It just says 'nope, this email is already associated with an account'. And that's it. Dead end. So you don't want me to use tour service? That's fine.

Best carsharing app in Latvia, in my opinion. Good amount and variety of cars. Great customer service, they answer fast and adequate. I even got compensations for issues caused by previous drivers. They clearly care for customer experience. The only complaint I have is that the app is pretty slow, at least on my devices, but the product overall is still 5 stars

Used to work fine but now horrible experience, the app keeps logging me out. On top of that it takes several attempts to login again. I had to waste almost 10 minutes before i could close my ride and that ain't cheap. Customer support is nonexistent. I wrote twice now and no one bothers to reply. Don't recommend this till they fix this...
