Useless app in my experience. I travel quite often and use several apps from different companies. This one didn't help me on anything. I couldn't even find my laugage information, not call center phone number or any other type of support, even after purchasing a ticket. Plus, terrible company the phone numbers on their website are out of service. My flight got cancelled, and they didn't even notified me, no text, no email, no app notification. Nothing at all. A terrible experience. Im not happy.

Worst application, hopeless service, fraudulent domain. I do not want to give even a star for this application. When booking I did not opt for full flex(insurance, etc) but after proceeding with payment it shown that I paid for full flex as well.. After booking my flight reservation was cancelled, customer support neglected saying it was airline who cancelled so I must contact airline for further enquires. I didn't opt for voucher refund but they said I can get only voucher not money.

Customer service is pointless. i been trying to change my flight for 14 days now. They make you do a flight change through a website. I get email to accept flight change and it fails. Call/chat them for help and they can't do anything besides redo the request and tell tell you to wait for the right department to call you back. That department never calls and reservation change is lost and you have to redo the whole process. They even have a 1800 sexline on one of their contact links.
