absolutely appalling app For having no choice but to use this app to buy tickets for most events I keep getting a lot of error messages even when I have my VPN switched off. The latest error coming up is when I'm searching for artists it's coming up unusual activity in this account even when I'm not even logged into my account. This app needs serious work. I never have these problems with smaller ticket site apps. To think it was more handier 30 years ago to purchase a ticket over the counter

The old one wasn't good, but this is a full Hold My Beer situation. Errors on trying to sign in. Redirecting to browsers and the old app (which isn't installed). Constant popups with errors. It's an absolute mess. Two of my upcoming tickets can be seen, another is... Somewhere, I guess. Thankfully I have months before my next event. Hopefully they do something to sort this out, though my confidence isn't high. But thanks to their absolute monopoly, there's no other options.

This app "can't find my location in North America". That's probably because it's set to the UK. The helpful little Union Flag in the corner is a bit of a giveaway. And despite me choosing the location repeatedly, it can't keep that location in its search facility to offer me gigs nearby. No, I'm not in London. Other parts of the UK have gigs too. 🙄 Please fix this.
