The booking experience on the app was odd, as it kept randomly deleting fields whilst I was typing. I finally managed to make the booking and paid deposit. I checked on it today only to find that apparently the booking had gone up in cost and it says I haven't paid anything, but my credit card shows the payment as pending. Additionally, there does not seem to be any way to contact them unless making a new booking. Absolutely infuriating!!!!

Already booked but the constant updates and offers to book a holiday and what you could win are a bit much, I would prefer less and would wait until I have my holiday until I book another anyway. Although it is handy to know the new Cottages or areas I would rather use the App to find out when I'm ready, otherwise a good site and look forward to booking again as there are so many possibilities.

I have to say booking through the Sykes Cottages app was a breeze. The app was easy to use, and I loved all the detailed info about the property, including reviews from other guests. When I had a question, the customer service was super helpful and got back to me fast. Plus, managing my booking from my phone was very convenient. If you're looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation rental booking experience, I totally recommend the Sykes Cottages app.
