Manage your account your way at anytime, anywhere with this secure Barclaycard app. Free to download now for Android and with more handy features on the way, currently you can:

* View your latest balance and available credit
* See what you’ve spent and where, including pending transactions
* Report your card lost, stolen or damaged
* View your digital statements
* Pay your bill and review earlier payments
* Manage your Direct Debit
* Manage your credit limit
* Activate your Barclaycard
* Add additional cardholders to your account
* Transfer a balance from a non-Barclaycard credit card
* Transfer money from your Barclaycard to a UK bank account
* Update your contact details
* View your PIN


Before you get started

To maintain your privacy and security, this app isn’t available on rooted devices. Instead you can access your account on your mobile by going online to barclaycard.mobi. Please note that the app doesn't support Intel processors.

To use the Barclaycard App you’ll need a UK mobile number to register.

If you’ve got a Barclays current account you’ll also be able to view and manage this account using the Barclaycard app.

Other things you need to know

- Compatible mobile device, operating system and internet access are required

- Standard network charges for data usage may apply. Check with your network service provider for mobile or internet use

App is easy to use and good in general BUT when are you going to fix your app so statements can be viewed or downloaded. I've been getting "we're trying hard to fix this" messages for over 6 months now Clearly you are not trying that hard!!! Your IT team are aware as I reported it to them via your X team at the start of December after getting fed up of it not working, but all they ever suggest is reregistering, which makes no difference. Sort it out Barclays.

App took a long time to do, but finally managed to let me register after 45 mins (slow loading, and as others have mentioned, come out of the app to view verification code in text and it dumps you back to the start of the registration process). App worked for approx an hour, now as soon as I log in using either biometrics or the pass code, it just comes up with the 00002 error code when trying to load my account. Great first impression. No idea how to fix it.

App does not look like the images on the app store page, in particular does not have any messaging facility. Reported to B'Card, but they just keep telling me to try fixes that I've already done without success (re-installing, re-registering, etc). They seem unable to accept that there just might be a problem with the app. I've had to raise a formal complaint just to get some traction on an issue that ought to be dealt with more readily. Hopeless support.
