There is no response when i touch the 'start lesson'. at first it works just fine but when i close and wanted to continue my lesson afterwards, i couldn't restart it. I tried restarting my phone and even uninstalling it but the exact same thing happened. It works fine after the installation but when you want to continue the lesson the UI just wont respond

I decided to pay for a month of it to see what the app was like. While I really like it, I'm finding it to be very glitchy. It freezes and sometimes it glitches so much you can't respond and it gets stuck in a loop of repeating itself. Why do you find it helpful when it works it tends to not work more than it works for me. If the bugs get worked out I would find it really helpful because finding someone to speak with is something I struggle with the most. So I hope they fix the bugs. 감사합니다

Very good app and customer service! The app is very helpful if you don't have a conversation partner, it runs very smoothly and challenges you to do better. I am shy with my Korean and already feel more comfortable Lessons are a bit less interesting but the quality of the conversation option makes it totally worth it. Customer service is very accessible and takes your feedbacks seriously to quickly better the app
