The hub won't stay connected to save it's life, so basically an entire waste of money. If you need remote unlock capabilities - this is not the system for you. It used to give me notifications when the door locked and unlocked and by who - now it doesn't and I can't figure out where in the app to fix that. Have tried the notifications and lock pages with no luck. It's a good bare bones system but don't expect anything fancy.

It was simple to link hub and connect to WiFi and my phone (Bluetooth). Set up a couple of automations using the 'scenes' option. Setting the curtains to close after local sunset is a nice feature and useful for home security. Confusing how the app displays time. Notifications and schedules use the same time as the mobile you are using. Camera time stamps remain local to the device settings. If you travel, you get conflicting time stamps & it would be better if all time used switchbot device's

The app limits the use of the switchbot for no reason. I have to push a button twice every 30 minutes. custom mode sounds perfect for this, however the maximum delay time is only 9 min 59s and a maximum of only 10 steps. setting it up through time schedules is also not possible because the app allows maximum 5 schedules . Otherwise everything works just great. i hope that you'll bring out an update so that i can give you the 5 stars that you otherwise deserve.
