The app itself is nice and I love the rewards scheme but there's quite a selection of items that are being sold both in shop and on the website that don't appear on the app, this is frustrating because when I try to open the app through chrome (not incognito mode where I've checked they have the products on) it automatically sends me to the app where an error is displayed. Meaning I just can't purchase the unadded clothes online

Good for shopping, not for loyalty. I have happily bought stuff on this app for way over a year, and it is easy to use and find what o want. However, the loyalty aspect is severely lacking in development as whenever I have bought something, I haven't got the points. With some purchases it has been over a month. I feel like this issue should be looked into, especially with how promoted the loyalty is.

Great app, but one thing bumps it down for me. I honestly wouldn't mention such a thing normally at all, but the 'filter/sort' box that pops up and down every time you scroll is inordinately irritating. Perhaps this doesn't annoy anyone else, I just for some reason need to actually cover the lower edge of my screen with my hand when browsing because the popping up and down of this button is next-level annoying.
