Useless. Tried to use the feature to schedule our day but repeatedly got a "this feature isn't working, try again" error. The map is impossible to use. They would have been better off with a jpeg of the park map. This is either high level image just full of footprint icons, to read the animals you have to zoom in so close that you can't see where it is in relation to anything else. Save your phone space, just take a picture of the map and talks when you arrive. It seems more for upsell than help

Updated to say uninstalling doesn't work. It's hopeless. It's impossible to reset the password! The app has locked me out and despite trying a password reset link at least 10 times, it simply won't allow me to reset and I can't access my membership details. Frustrating!

poor never received the verification code despite requesting multiple times. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Also tried resetting password.
