Back to 1 star... Total un-reLIABLITY... I though we'd solved the app not recording in the background... however it just dumped a very important 160 minute interview due to poor internet connection... I HAD NO CLUE THAT IT HAD STOPPED DURING THE SESSION. An absolute waste of time and absolutely no surety that it will do the job I expect of it. That's it... Kaput... Gone... End... bye bye!

You can't edit summaries. Really disappointed. It's great for recording, transcribing, and makes a nice AI summary, but when the summary missed a key point (surely this is going to happen regularly?) I couldn't edit it! Also my second recording the transcription stopped a few mins in although the audio continues. The AI was no help at resolving either of these issues, had to ask a few different ways until it understood me but then I'd maxed out my AI questions limit. Moving to a competitor š¤·

Hello! You can edit the summary on web, but not on mobile app right now. We hope to bring that to a mobile app in the future. edit : i had problem with cross gadget experience. it was solved after two days from contacting CS. there was no confirmation though from them after i sent my purchase info so i decided to try login again and now it works cross gadget (android and ios). objectively, the app works wonderful when it doesnt have trouble reading subscription. it has no issue recording people with heavy accent. does good job summarizing too.
