This VPN is "too" secure. Unlike most VPNs, where you can add trusted networks to automatically switch off the VPN, there's no such thing here. Instead, you have to either manually turn it off or use a split tunnel so apps can "get through" to the Internet. This split tunnelling, unfortunately, means that even if you're on an unsecured network, these apps are still "open to all" which warrants the VPN useless. I would suggest something more in the way of Windscribe.

Terrible. I paid premium for a year based on pc mag recommendation. It slowed everything down, causing massive connection issues. I'm a computer science graduate, so don't think it was 'user errors. I rang and asked for a refund today. I was told to keep an eye on my emails for confirmation. I will be emailing my request as well. Keep your validation code, you need it for refunds.

Superb. Connects quickly with a very stable connection, assuming the direct Internet connection is good. I have connected in Austria, Greece and the UK this year. 100% recommended compared to some other expensive Anti-virus solutions with so-called VPN capabilities, that simply do not work. I only give five-stars for apps that are 100%. Others I normally give zero. I pay for this from Bitdefender, along with their Anti-virus; I never expect freeware Anti-virus or VPN to work reliably.
