Working now. Does what it should. Pretty simple to use. App was working fine then it had an update and it won't open or it takes ages to open or it says error try again. I've uninstalled it, cleared the cache and data, started all over again with the same problem. Can't get in to the app at all now.

Honestly a terrible app. Doesn't work most of the time, and that's over several devices. Removes any and all convenience it's supposed to have. Would be easier going back to paper bills. Trash app. Useless. Not worth the few MB it takes up on the phone. Try testing your app before releasing trash to the public

Absolutely fed up of not being able to access my account. App won't load, and if I try to log in online, it says they're having technical issues that they're hoping to fix, so try again later. That's been the case for 2 weeks now. Best part is the Aqua app is the same (not loading) yet I can access that online. Same company so what's going on? Edit Thanks for responding but, no, that doesn't work either meaning I have zero access to my account information. It's now been 3 weeks
