An absolute joke. £38/ month for pretty much same thing every day. Meditation to choose for example( sadness, anger, stress etc) all the same respiration exercise, very annoying because it is a loop of the same voice, not an individual recording of a coach for 3 minutes. Some stories, some article and music. All that you can find for free, nothing exceptional, nothing tailored, nothing new. As I said, a joke

I initially like it for my first 3 months which I brought on offer. I liked the courses, articles and microlearning. However, after the 3 months I realised there wasn't any changes wish there were more options to choose from. Pros - helped me start my meditation journey and helped me feel more relaxed and sleep better. (I could just follow meditation videos on YouTube which would be cheaper). Cons - not many options for articles and courses so only best for a few months.

I purchased a 28 day plan and love it. I do the breathing, meditations, courses and micro learning. I love that you can choose from a range of courses. I do wish there was the possibility to add and pay for more micro learning options because I have already done my two. Personally, I thought it was very clear it was a subscription service. It is expensive so I won't be renewing. Although you can get much of this content for free on the internet, it is so easy to use and to have it there ready.
