Useless app. Every time I go to try and adjust my ear phone settings, I have to log in again, and then have to go through email verification again. Get it fixed. Update: 2 years later, still the same. Always have to log in, and always have to go through email verification. Every single time I open the app!

I agree with the other reviews. This is the worst app ever. The Earbuds are great, but it let down for this app. It doesn't work when you can't get a signal on your phone. And everytime this is an update, I have to log in and it doesn't always recognise my login. Saying authentication error or failed, even when I have successfully logged in with my password.

Which? Best Buy earbuds ruined by a shockingly poor app. As other have mentioned, a recent update has made the app useless, failing to authenticate and providing no means to adjust earbuds settings, including noise cancellation levels. Features being tied to an app only work if the app does. Truly disappointing experience from a company that is trying to establish itself as a real competitor and sell the benefits of using multiple products from their ecosystem.
