overall, great. but there are so many verification issues, and it never goes smoothly. contacting customer support is a nightmare as well as the UI to get back to a conversation for it. great products, and very useful but deeply frustrating whenever there is an issue (and it doesn't take much for there to be an issue)

By far the two most annoying things on this app are. 1. You cannot save the invoice payment time schedule, and even pressing custom now, you still have to put in the date each time. 2. There is no auto capitalisation, so you cannot do talk to text, making it really annoying and not very convenient. Another thing to note, you cannot do new lines in invoices, it just bunches all your text together and makes it hard to read for the customer.

Tried to use "Tap to Pay" as a second user of an established account: although the setup seemed to work OK, it was never possible to actually enable it as a payment method - failing each time with a "connection lost" error message. The tech support within the app is a hopeless chatbot and attempting to get into a support chat with a human fails at a verification page (which gives no indication what it needs to do the verification!) These people are too sloppy to be trusted with payments, imho.
