5 days since the terrible new V7 update and numerous messages giving feedback how it's no longer usable if outside Dubai, and the glitches still haven't been fixed. Incredibly disappointing. Too much time spent creating their 'drop it like it's hot' promo caption, and zero time spent testing it before launching. 🙄😒 More like a smoking hot disaster. Get it fixed!!

The new design is very confusing and difficult to find things. the loading time of the app for so much worse over the years. Zoom on menus still does not work - after how many years? I contacted support but there is no help at all and they even asked me to share my password with them. Really? In general, it gets more and more expensive and the offers are getting less.

If you haven't yet, please try uninstalling the App and re-installing the latest version- this might correct some of these issues.

I’ve been a loyal user of the Entertainer app, but my experience this year has been disappointing. I purchased the yearly subscription last February, expecting it to last a full year. However, the app suddenly changed to a calendar-year subscription model, and I lost two months of access. Additionally, I’ve encountered restaurants that refused to accept the Entertainer offers, even though it wasn’t a holiday or a blackout date. This was frustrating and embarrassing during visits.
