The scooter idea is fantastic and the app works well when it's kept updated. What I don't understand is the extortionate cost. They were about €0.20 per minute a few years ago and now they're €0.39, way more expensive than public transport and when travelling with a second person, even more expensive than a taxi. That is insane. Pure greed. Not only that, the whole concept (in Innsbruck) has been rendered pointless by the bizarre parking zones. Now I have to walk anyway.

A big downgrade from Voi. Most trips end with the app saying I can't park because I'm not in a designated parking zone, even though I definitely am. The power cuts out because it thinks I'm in a pedestrian zone, even though I'm clearly on a road, which can put me in danger because of fast moving cars. The e-bikes sometimes won't unlock because it thinks it's already unlocked when they're not. My phone flies out of the holder really easily and the app doesn't offer navigation. I miss Voi!

The updated app is nicer looking than the old but many features are gone. For example I can no longer access settings, prices or ride history. There is now a grayed out icon, which, upon pressing informs the user that this 'feature is coming soon'. If you are going to release an unfinished product inform the user first and let them opt into an alpha/beta rather than forcing them to update. Also, it is illegal in Sweden to not show prices for your services.
