Turning into a SCAM! If you add more items to get a bigger discount,the price suddenly increases. Credit promotion is s trap, avoid at all costs, they give you credit, but you get 0 refund if you return anything whether from the original order or the credit you earned, you end up stuck, and if you contact customer service, they don't offer any help. prices have increased and quality isn't the best, too expensive for polyester.

Advertising an item at one price and then almost doubling the price at checkout feels like a scam. Very sneaky way to get money out of their customers. I've been buying from Shein for years and adding items to your cart used to add discounts to individual items and bring the price down. Now, adding items to your cart increases the individual items price?! What genius came up with that? Makes no sense and puts me off checking out anything in my basket

I am happy with this app. 90% of items are good quality for the price. However, there is a promotion they are running where they give you "credit," which you use to reduce your order. However, once you return an item from that order, they don't refund your money, but keep them something like taking their credit back! This is unlawful. It is the same as when you use their vauchers that reduce your order, but you get your money back at least. They did not resolve the issue via customer service.
