Unfortunately, I was unable to use this app fully. It wouldn't translate having given me the option of English, which I had clicked on. I also found the site somewhat confusing. When trying to locate details of a forthcoming RDV, I received lots of irrelevant information instead! It wasted a lot of time and achieved nothing. As a result of this, I will not be using this app again.

Really glad app is in English now, I had wanted to use it but didn't for this reason. Finally downloaded and unfortunately I have to login every single time I open the app. It doesn't seem to work with the phones password saver, so have to enter onerous password every single time and then wait for the email and put code in. Bloody ridiculous. It's my phone, I should be able to login with my fingerprint and face like everything else. So yeah I'll be sticking to desktop until they fix that.

This app is so bad. It only has it in French for me even though I'm based in Germany. It doesn't let you choose a preferred language and EVERY page I try to click on has an error message. Complete waste of time. I thought by now the tech issues would have been resolved for mobile but no, I have to continue using via desktop. They need to invest in this properly
