Please add some categories for notifications in the Android settings. The fact there is only one notification and I get marketing from it meant I have muted the app's notifications entirely. Other aspects: having the option to swap or change tickets is nice, but it's a bit of a patch on top of the UK's overly complex ticket pricing schemes. I suppose it is solving a problem that shouldn't exist, but it is hard to know whether there will be auctions available for my ticket. Takes many clicks.

I try to travel first class for work as it is a LONG commute. Where the price is too high (I try not to spend more than a day's pay on a return ticket) Seatfrog gives me another option. I was a bit worried at first but it works well and even when the carriage was declassified I got my first class service and a full refund. Tickets are cheaper on the other app but Seatfrog all the way for an upgrade.

Rip off, fine for upgrade but will never buy tickets from them again. Tried to change train time. Got confirmation email, ticket still saying in process days after date of travel. You have to have original ticket. Had to buy a new one. Then my return I had paid for disappeared. No answer when I contacted them off course. Sick of companies taking your money then providing no service. AVOID.

What's new
We've made it easier to pay with Google Pay and to manage your plans when things change: If you'd rather not save your card details, you'll now see more clearly that Google Pay is available on tickets, Secret Fare, and Train Swap transactions! We've also improved the journey when you need to swap your train - finding a new one is quicker, and if that's not possible, the refund process is now much simpler. Stay tuned for more updates!
