Very poor. Speakerphone button is randomly disabled half the time. Calls are consistently poor quality regardless of whether using mobile data or wifi. When opening phone numbers from another app using Dialpad. It doesn't always transfer through and if you already have a number on the dialpad it will call that one instead. Search is inconsistent.

Dialpad is a great productive tool for your enterprise. With the Dialpad application I manage a toll free number hotline from another country in the palm of my hand so my clients don't have to pay a penny to get support. I can be literally in any country and have direct communication with clients without worrying about roaming charges. With the dialpad desktop application I can switch between my mobile phone and laptop while speaking with my clients and they didn't even notice the change.
