once i signed out, app could not launch anymore. it just froze. need to uninstall and install again to launch the app. after that it happened again and had to repeat the process of uninstalling again. working flawlessly after update!

I normally fly Air NZ, work reason, however all personal travel is with Jetstar and rate them very highly. the staff are great, have not been delayed yet🤞🏻. announcements are audible. Just an all aeound great experience..💯

I accidentally booked my flights on the wrong month after the app reloaded, I called the Jetstar Customer support and was told it would cost over 200 dollars to reschedule my flights. After checking in the app I was able to get everything sorted for only 10 bucks!
