The app is really slow, every button at least takes 2-3 minutes to respond, just superrrr slow, also even some other stuff takes way too much to load, like UI, please fix, also maybe change the UI into something more cartoonish and more satisfying to the eye. Anyways, the bank itself is good and it supports many good features, but the app is just bad, if you update it it's gonna be 5 stars!!

horrible customer service only bot you can't talk to a human to explain your issue or file a complaint I received my card and can't activate it and I tried to reset app password but OTP was never sent
