Good tracking app in overall, suggested workouts are OK, but it's best if you personalize them with the help of a trainer or the internet. Adding custom workouts is a good feature, but some important exercises like T-bar rows, cable overhead curls, front raise (reverse grip), etc. are not available. Also, exporting workouts to other devices and sharing them can be a good option.

Great app! You have access to hundreds of different exercises that you can use to create a custom workout or select from the pre selected ones. Great for beginners and experienced people. It has so many exercises that it is even perfect for at home workouts with zero equipment. It even has workouts that take into consideration physical disabilities. This is the best app that I have tried, and I fully recommend it!

Only used this app a couple of times and find it very easy to use and basically what I've been looking for. Ads aren't a problem on the free version, well not yet anyway. An 'edit' option once you've finished the workout would be an added bonus. As I had missed a set from one of my exercises and it just happened to be a personal best 😥
