(2019) Horrible and useless. Unable to store and retrieve any of your: bookings, boarding passes, tracked flights, or even account settings. Basically, a wrapper for LOT mobile website, which is already horrible and does not store bookings or passes. Even apps from low-cost carriers EasyJet, Ryanair or Wizzair are better thought-through. Uninstalling. (UPDATE 12/2024): Improved a bit, now bookings and passes are stored. It's still a far cry from other carriers' mobile apps, but it works.

Terrible app. Getting so many page errors. Loading pages while booking for ages, then I get errors, have to add all details over and over again. Have used so many other flight company's apps, never had such a bad experience. Profile is changing languages sometimes with locations, getting different currency while looking for a ticket. Had to buy tickets on laptop as even payment pages get frozen or not even loading. So much time now to fix all issues and no improvement done.

Worst airline app I've ever used. Constantly pops up a message thinking I'm a bot. QR codes downloaded to Wallet never work. To access the boarding pass one has to click on "leave this page" at least three times. Despite of being checked in, the app still shows that check-in is pending and many other flaws that I won't keep listing here. LOT really should invest a bit of money to have at least a nearly decent app.
