I like this game and have reached level 25 for several heroes. However there's a really annoying bug that has been in the game for over a year without a fix, even though their support team acknowledge it's an issue and I have 4 support tickets to that effect: If you aim at a tight narrow angle sometimes the aim line in the game shows you will hit the target but you miss. This is visible on game replays too, all submitted to support but zero action to fix it.

firstly, the trophies system is ridiculous, if you win you get 25+ trophies, if you lose you lose 30+ trophies. Stupid. Next, it's terribly pay to win as soon as you get to a certain level, everyone you face off against is about 5 levels above you. if the shockingly stupid Trophy system was sorted out, it would be a decent game. But why would they do that? that's not going to make people pay for upgrades. it's worth playing for a little bit until you face these useless pay to win people.

I'm a returning player. Spent a lot of money back in the day. And well... SHOCKING. My characters are levels 8 and 9, and I'm constantly against 10-11-12 characters. Matchmaking is an absolute joke. I thought, hmmmm, let's keep playing, lose some trophies, and perhaps it will level out. 19 losses later, I eventually gave up. Perhaps you should look into this, as returning players will simply uninstall and never try again.
