great hearing aids, comfortable and almost invisible. Has improved my life, especially being able to hear better in noisy situations. My only gripe is that the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out while I'm on calls and I have to change to loudspeaker, which isn't always convenient. Not everyone wants to have an iPhone, the developers should work on better compatibility with other makes of phone

Android/Samsung Issues, App and Bluetooth connection inconsistencies - Powering on with or without app open...hearing aids connect whenever they want, versus when you power on like a common Bluetooth device. Many times requiring powering off/on hearing aids and cycling Bluetooth, plus stopping app within Android and clearing cache. Frustrating! Samsung/Android software is fully updated and meets the standards Jabra references. When will Jabra fix compatibility issues with Android devices?

Hearing aids were clear, but as they're too small for more than one button on each, they definitely need this app for tuning, especially with the TV streamer - yet using this app causes the streaming to glitch. App also drains phone battery fast due to an unusable find my hearing aids function demanding precise GPS location, which it nags for every startup. Data is also used (I saw 2MB in 36hrs), as something is sent "home" despite no actual benefits to the user.
