App works well and does what it should but the reason I am giving 2 stars is the lack of personalisation of notifications. Notifications are either on or off. I suppose the biggest problem is my childs school sending endless messages about irrelevant events or weekly web safety updates that don't apply. I would like to see the developers customise notifications so you can select just things that are relevant to my child/closures. 10 notifications over the Easter break was excessive in my eyes.

Generally speaking, the app is somewhat helpful. However, not being able to search the feed is a huge miss especially if there's a lot of activity. This translates to unnecessary scrolling through irrelevant posts to find and or review relevant information about your students class. Perhaps this is intentional as it keeps the users time engaging with the app unnaturally high.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback. Story search is a heavily requested feature that we would love to support and hope to soon! We are an ad-free platform, so "time on the app" isn't a concern or pursuit, but user satisfaction and experience both are! We'll definitely share this feedback with our team 🙏

I had been using the app with ease since September 2023. It was a great app, but recently, maybe within the last few weeks or so, the functionality seems to have gone right down the toilet. The app must have run an update because now I can't give Home Points and the photos/videos from teacher's posts take forever to load, if they do it all. The quality has also disappeared, leaving the pictures grainy and videos lagging. Can someone please comment if this is going to be fixed???
