The App has repeatedly started crashing after the last update. Have written to the DBS RM 2 days ago and no one bothered to reply. We are locked out of our corporate a/c for 2 days now. This is ridiculous!! Very disappointed.

It used to work but not any longer. Should have just stuck to the old system where we had the security device. The phone app sucks! How do they expect companies to access their accounts if the stupid app keeps crashing?

unable to login this app but can login on website. in-between Ideal X another app was popping up in DBS website apk on site. what's going on? so suss
