This is an absolutely amazing app for self care. It encourages you to do all of your day to day tasks so your pet bird, which you can fully customize, can go onto an adventure. You can do bonus quests, which are optional, and customize how your bird looks. I've used this app for a long time now, keeping my streak, checking in everyday and doing my tasks, and it has really helped me. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing app! I suffer with many physical health problems and complex ptsd. Day to day life can be a real struggle. But this app has really helped so much, the physical and mental health side, and I'm only using the free version, yet it's still amazing! I 💯 recommend this! The only thing I would change is the amount of rainbow gems needed to buy an item for your little pet. They need to be less as it's very frustrating cause it's way too high.

The goals are helpful but are all aimed at healthy people who just want to be more organised or positive. Unless you take time to modify the goals to suit your needs, there's not many options for people with chronic illness or disability - it seems to push you toward moving more and getting up/out, which is difficult for a lot of people with long-term conditions. Weekly reviews are also aimed at what you can do better to make your week better, giving options out of reach for people like me.
